Pale lemon-yellow wine with aromas of wildflowers, vines and acacia, followed by fruity notes of green apples and lemon peel. The supple texture is the result of the balance between acidity, alcohol and a friendly sugar residue. The aromas are a mix of grapefruit, lime juice and wildflowers, with quince, raisins and yellow apples at the end. The aftertaste is medium, and the demi-sec vinification adds a refreshing note, ideal for various occasions. This delicate wine highlights the features of two "unripe" white varieties.
