An intense ruby-red wine, Cabernet Sauvignon de Averești impresses with its soft aromas of spices and dried grass, complemented by fruity notes of sour cherries, cherries and raspberries. The taste is ample, with tannins that give it complexity and a pleasant, masculine astringency. On the palate, refreshing and fruity aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants, mint and red bell pepper are revealed. Its body is fresh and supple, and the aftertaste is medium, leaving a pleasant and balanced sensation. Its "au naturel" character is due to the fact that the wine was not kept in wooden barrels.
