The uniqueness of Averești wines stems from their place of origin, elevated by the passion with which we nurture and protect our vineyards.
The high altitude, acidic forested soil, and cool climate—conditions that may be harsh for other plants—create an ideal microclimate for vineyards, preserving acidity and enhancing the complexity of aromas in the grapes.
The southern exposure, approximately 4,000 hours of sunshine from March 1 to October 31, covering the grapevine's vegetative cycle, and the minerals and salts in the reddish-brown soil result in grape harvests of exceptional quality at Averești Domains, nearly impossible to replicate in other regions of the country.
