| Wine – making | The grapes were carefully harvested manually, macerated at low temperatures in cold pressing. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. |
| Tasting notes | A wine that is emblematic for the entire Moldavian region, unique for Averesti and indubitably authentic. The wine has a salmon-pink colour that will lift you up immediately, and soothes you with notes of rose petals, lilac flowers and strawberry jam. Its taste is fruity, with raspberry, strawberry, white cherry, peach and raisin aroma. Its acidity makes it a perfectly balanced wine. The aftertaste is long, fine and flavoured with nectarines and hints of basil (where the name of the variety comes from). |
| Best served | Well chilled (8-10*C), enjoy it at dessert with cake, ginger bread, banana bread and any other sweets. |
