SC VINICOLA AVEREȘTI 2000 SA, with registered office in Averești village, Bunești- Averești commune, no. 1, VINEYARD FARM, Vaslui county, telephone: 0784204722, fax: 0235484001, e-mail: irina.judeanu@domeniile-averesti.ro , contact person: Carmen Judeanu, organizes the competitive procedure for the award of the construction works contract within the Investment Program "CONSTRUCTION, REHABILITATION, MODERNIZATION OF BUILDINGS AT THE SC VINICOLA AVEREȘTI 2000 SA WINERY UNIT" within the intervention IS-V-02 "Investments in tangible and intangible assets" - project financed by the APIA program, Market Measures Directorate, Foreign Trade, EAGF funds.
- Contract type: Works contract
- Subject of the contract: execution of construction works for the Investment Program
- Contract duration: from the date of signing the contract until the final receipt of the works.
- The duration of the contract execution begins on the date provided for in the starting order, without exceeding 30.05.2027. The reception upon completion of the works and the conclusion of the related minutes will be carried out no later than 30.06.2027.
- Estimated value of the contract: 11,429,378.70 lei excluding VAT, of which the eligible value is 11,140,946.36 lei and the ineligible value is 288,432.34 lei.
- Offer validity period: minimum 90 days.
- Award criterion: the most economically advantageous offer, applying the "LOWEST PRICE" criterion.
- Participants will have an authorized CAEN code according to the subject of the contract.
- The price will be expressed in LEI excluding VAT.
* Extension of the execution period is permitted only under the conditions that the advantage of the winning bidder over the other bidders is not affected.
** The duration of the contract and the execution period may be extended in the event that the maximum implementation period of the investment program is extended or modified by APIA, through an official act.

- How to submit offers: Offers will be submitted exclusively in physical format, signed, dated and personalized and will contain the necessary documents according to the technical award documentation.
- Deadline for submitting offers: 17.09.2026, 11:00.
- Place of submission of offers: registered office of SC VINICOLA AVEREȘTI 2000 SA in Averești village, Bunești- Averești commune, no. 1, VINEYARD FARM, Vaslui county.
- Date and time of the bid opening meeting: 17.09.2026, 12:00.
- Potential bidders may request additional information/clarifications regarding the subject of the procurement.
- Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting bids: 3 working days.

Upon completion of the evaluation, the Evaluation Committee, through the President of the Evaluation Committee, will send a Notification by e-mail to each bidder informing them of the results of the bid evaluation, within 5 calendar days from the date of determining the winning bid.
