Since 2010, Averești has embarked on a revival of viticulture to exceptional standards.

The replanting of vineyards covering 650 hectares of noble vines, the construction of an ultra-modern winery, and the formation of a team of experienced oenologists and viticulturists—all high-class specialists—demonstrate the passion and dedication of the Averești team.

In the Averești Domains area, we have planted distinct varieties in separate plots, allowing us to produce pure wines, most of which are certified as DOC wines. Our vineyards feature a range of grape varieties: for aromatic wines, Busuioacă de Bohotin, Tămâioasă Românească, and Muscat Ottonel; for white wines, Zghihară, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Fetească Albă, Fetească Regală, and Aligoté; and for red wines, Fetească Neagră, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Merlot.

To meet the challenge of creating exceptional wines, significant investments have been made in plantations and the winery. Currently, Averești Domains cultivates 650 hectares of noble vines, including one of Romania’s largest plantations of Busuioacă de Bohotin, spanning 105 hectares.
